This is a tough industry to navigate for Medicare members (as well as professionals in the industry). The consultant's service performance depends a great deal on how prepared the customer is to engage fully with the subject matter. Also, it's hard to say what expectations should be considered reasonable when everything depends on multiple service provider bureaucracy.
